Aloha Chicken    

From Gooseberry Patch’s Slow Cooker Recipes

lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts

20

ounces pineapple chunks

11

ounces mandarin oranges, drained

1

green or red pepper, chopped

1/4

cup onion, chopped

1

garlic clove, minced

1

tablespoon soy sauce

1

teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated

  1. Arrange chicken in slow cooker; set aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours

Serves 8-10
