Serves 6 to 8.
2 to 3 lbs. boneless country-style pork ribs
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 (16-oz.) can pinto beans, drained
1 (15-oz.) can black beans, drained
1 (14.5-oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup small shell pasta
1. Put ribs into slow cooker.
2. Add all remaining ingredients except pasta.
3. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Add pasta in last 30 minutes of cooking and remove all with slotted spoon when pasta is cooked.
