Mandarin Orange Cake

• 1 box Duncan Hines Yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 4 eggs
• 1 (8 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, undrained
• 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
• 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
• 1 cup thawed whipped topping

1: Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2: Grease the bottom of a 13×9-inch pan.
3: Beat cake mix, oil, walnuts, eggs, and orange segments in a large bowl for 2 minutes.
4: Pour into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
5: Cool for about one hour.
6: For frosting, stir together pineapple and dry pudding mix.
7: Fold in whipped topping.
8: Spread over cooled cake.
