6 boneless chicken breast halves
14 1/2 oz can chicken broth
20 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/4 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 medium green bell pepper chopped
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1. Brown chicken and transfer into slow cooker. (I did not use oil just
browned in my no stick pan)
2. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken.
3. Cover. Cook on high 4-6 hours.
