Chicken Tortilla Soup

This looks really easy and really good!

Chicken Tortilla Soup

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans tomatoes with diced chiles
1 can corn
1 can black beans
2 cans low-sodium chicken broth

Place chicken in crockpot. Pour remaining ingredients over chicken and cook on high 5-6 hours or on low 8-10 hours. Shred chicken and return to crockpot. Serve with baked tortilla chips, low-fat sour cream and/or shredded cheese.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
