1 lb. ground beef ( or turkey )
1 pk Taco Seasoning ( 1.2 oz )
2 cans Chunky Mexican-style Tomatoes ( 15 oz )
1 can Red kidney beans ( 15 oz )
1 can Whole kernel corn ( 15 oz )
1. In a large skillet cook ground beef until Brown. Drain fat
2. In a 3 ½ – 4quart slow cooker combine the cooked beef, taco seasoning mix, undrained tomatoes, undrained beans and undrained corn.
Cover and cook on low –heat setting for 2 – 3 hours.
Serve with corn chips, sour cream, and sliced green onions.
