Serves 4 to 6.
1 lb. round steak, cut into strips
1 (14-1/2-oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6-oz.) can tomato paste
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (4-oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic pepper
1 (16-oz.) pkg. penne pasta, cooked
1. Put all ingredients, except pasta and Parmesan cheese, into slow cooker.
2. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
3. Cook pasta on stove. Drain pasta and transfer to platter. Put steak mixture from slow cooker on top of cooked pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve.
