ITALIAN TOMATO PASTA SKILLET

 

( from Del Monte Recipes )

1 lb. ground beef

1  can (14-1/2 oz.) DEL MONTE® Diced Tomatoes with Green Pepper & Onion

1  cup water

1  can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup

6  oz. penne pasta

1  cup shredded mozzarella cheese

 

 

1.     Brown meat; drain.

2.     Stir in undrained tomatoes, water, soup and uncooked pasta. Bring to boil.

3.     Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes.

4.     Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and let stand 2 minutes until cheese is melted.
