Menu Plan Monday – Week 58

Menu Plan Monday

I know it is only Friday, but I do my shopping today, so my menu plan starts today. Call me a rebel! Thanks to Laura The Organizing Junkie for hosting Menu Plan Monday. Post your own plan and go there to link your plan ( on Monday ) or visit her site to glean new ideas As always, this is THE PLAN, and all plans are subject to change as the need arises or as the fancy strikes my mind. I don’t assign nights as I like to have a little freedom to cook what I want or what I have time for.I only planned 6 meals as I am finding that 7 are too many ( 6 may be too). Please come back and join me for Freezer Food Friday!

Salmon, rice, salad

Pineapple Salsa Chicken( crockpot ), over rice,

Cheesy Beef Casserole – Gooseberry Patch

Capellini with Sausage and Spinach

COUNTRY PASTA WITH MOZZARELLA

Grilled Turkey Burgers

  1. Okay, I am hungry now! Your menu plan sounds wonderful! THanks for sharing. Have a great week. I’ll be back to see you on Friday for FFF.

  2. Your menu sounds sooo good! Im going to give the country pasta a try. 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

  3. I’m starting to think that I am planning too much but it really does help that I have all seven days down. This way I buy plenty of food. I can always carry over into the next week.
Once I start my new job, the crockpot is going to be my friend again! lol…

  4. That’s smart not to assign a night; it leaves a little more room for creativity and last minute changes of plans!
