Mexican Beef and Bean Stew (crockpot)

1 1/2 pounds beef for stew – cut into 1″ pieces
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell’s® Beef Consommé
1 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
1 cup coarsely chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans – drained
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn – drained
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves minced garlic

Coat beef with flour. Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned.

Place beef, consommé, salsa, onion, beans, corn, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder in 3 1/2-qt. slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours.
