2-3 cups diced, cooked chicken (turkey also works)
2 cups chicken broth
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup milk or white wine
1 can cream soup (chicken, mushroom, celery, etc.)
salt and pepper to taste
puff pastry shells
Put everything except the pastry shells in a Crock Pot. Season with salt and pepper. Let simmer on low all day.
About a half hour prior to eating, prepare pastry shells as directed.
If desired, thicken up tettrazini before serving with a mixture of corn starch and water.
When pastry shells are done, spoon out center of shells and spoon in chicken tettrazini.
