1 pound ground beef
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
1 package (1 ounce) dry onion soup mix
1 package (1 ounce) Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 tsp seasoned salt (of your choice) or 1/2 tsp regular salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups boiling water
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced, un-drained tomatoes
1 can ( 8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 – 3 cups cooked macaroni noodles
Cheese of your choice to garnish the top of your soup right before serving.
Brown hamburger leaving meatball size chunks. Drain fat. Place carrots and celery in crock-pot. Top with hamburger, soup and dressing mix, salt and pepper. Add water, tomatoes, tomato sauce and soy sauce. Mix well. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Boil you macaroni noodles until tender and add to soup. Sprinkle with cheese and enjoy with your favorite crackers or bread.
