4 lbs. pork spareribs or baby back ribs, cut into serving pieces of 3 to 4 ribs, or country-style ribs
1 onion, sliced
1 pint barbecue sauce
1 cup honey
Combine barbecue sauce and honey in a bowl.
Arrange ribs in slow cooker, dividing onion and sauce between layers. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours, until meat is tender and starts to separate from the bone.
