4 to 6 bone-in chicken breasts
1 tbl. Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
2 small onions, chopped
1 cup barbecue sauce of choice, preferably a thicker brand such as KC Masterpiece
1/2 cup water
1. Place chicken breasts into slow cooker and sprinkle with seasoning.
2. Add onions.
3. Mix barbecue sauce and water together and pour over chicken and onions in slow cooker.
4. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
Note: If using six chicken breasts, use larger slow cooker.
