3-pound chuck roast, trimmed of fat,
1/2 cup orange juice,
3 tablespoons soy sauce,
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Place beef in crockpot.Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over beef. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours, or on High for 5 hours.
Shred meat with two forks, back to back, and serve over cooked rice.
