Creole-Dump Chicken

Today is Freezer Food Friday, hosted by Rachel at A Juggling Mums Food Blog, post a freezer meal recipe or idea and link it at her site.

Creole-Dump Chicken

1. Put in a gallon ziploc bag the following items:

– 1 TBSP olive oil
– 1/4 cup chopped onions
– 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
– 1 garlic clove minced
– 1 14oz can diced tomatos w/basil & oregano (undrained)
– 2 tsp worstershire sauce
– 2 tsp red wine vinegar
– 1/2 tsp dried basil
– 1/4 tsp EACH salt & pepper
– 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
– 1 1/2 pounds chicken pieces.

Mix together & Freeze.

2. For cooking day, thaw in fridge. Pour into pan and cook at 350 for 45-60 min (chicken w/ bone-in) or 20-30 min (boneless chicken breast)
