4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup margarine
4 tbls. Dijon mustard
1 tbl. lemon juice
1 lemon or lime, sliced
1. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker.
2. Melt margarine in microwave for 20 to 30 seconds. Mix in Dijon mustard and lemon juice.
3. Pour mixture over chicken and cook on Low for 6 hours. Remove from cooker and spoon sauce over chicken.
4. Top with lemon or lime slices for garnish. Serve with pasta shells.
