Here is a throw together recipe… make it how you like it….

zucchini, cut into bite-sized chunks
ground lamb, beef or turkey (browning before placing in crockpot is optional)
diced onion
canned tomatoes including juice
salt, pepper, allspice, cinnamon (all to taste)

Brown the meat and then mix with remaining ingredients in the crockpot. Cook on low 4-6 hours.

Serve with pita bread and yogurt (optional)
