Pineapple-Orange Ambrosia

I made this tonight, but I substituted pineapple yogurt for the vanilla and used Goldens and Cherries instead of cranberries. It was very good

Pineapple-Orange Ambrosia

Adapted from The Vegetarian 5-Ingredient Gourmet, by Nava Atlas.

One 20-ounce can unsweetened pineapple chunks, well drained
4 clementines or other small seedless oranges, peeled and sectioned
1/2 cup dried cranberries
One 6-ounce container (3/4 cup) low-fat vanilla yogurt
Granola for topping, optional

1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a serving container and stir together.
2. Serve in individual dessert bowls, topping each serving with a sprinkling of granola if desired.

4 to 6 servings
