Nellie’s Farmgirl Egg Bake
½ c. butter, melted
10 eggs, beaten
16 oz. cottage cheese (I use fat free.)
16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
7 oz. chopped green chiles
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ c. all purpose white flour
Drizzle butter evenly into a 13×9” pan.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well and pour into pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 350ᵒ for 30 minutes.
Let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
Serves 6 – 8
