This is a delicious, nonalcoholic drink similar to an Orange Julius.
 
1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate
¾ cup cold water (an orange juice can full)
1 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chipped ice
 
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. [...]]]></description>

Basil-Mushroom Pizza










2 T. butter
1 c. portabella mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
12-inch Italian pizza crust
3 T. olive oil
1 c. spinach, sliced into 1/2-inch strips
1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped
8-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
