Rotel Chicken

 Rotel Chicken

 

4 large chicken breasts, or whole chicken can be used

1 pkg. McCormick’s Taco Seasoning for Chicken

1 can Rotel tomatoes,

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 8 0z. pkg. spaghetti noodles

1 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes

 

Put chicken in crockpot, sprinkle with taco seasoning, add about 1 cup of water.

 

Cook on high for a few hrs till done, cut into bite size pieces.

 

Add rest of ingredients. Cook on low for about 30 minutes till noodles are done. Add more water if needed to cover noodles.

 

The cheese will melt and everything should be stirred in well.

  1. I have to admit that taco flavouring and chicken is acombination I have been ignorant of before, but now your recipe has me thinking about a trip to the supermarket for some ingredients!
